Fantastic and great value hotel with a real family run feel. We enjoyed it so much that we booked for the following year when we were in the departure lounge of the airport on the way home! All the staff go out of their way to look after you, the beer is cold and the food varied and delicious. It's the little things that made it for us - the chef and manager walking around the restaurant constantly checking people are happy, doing special food for kids and clamping down on unruly behaviour. On that note, if you're after a hotel to party in, this isn't the place for you. If you're after somewhere where you can dump the kids off into a holiday club all day and get smashed by the pool, this isn't the place for you. If you're after somewhere with loads of late night entertainment, this isn't the place for you (although there are places nearby where you can go). If you're after somewhere where you can turn up to evening dinner in flip-flops and swimming trunks, this isn't the place for you. If however you're after a calm, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and high standards of behaviour, this is the place for you. Every member of staff was really friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure we were having a good time. Plenty of fresh fruit and ice cream available all day by the pool, huge variety of homecooked food in the restaurant which, even after 10 days, didn't repeat, clean and spacious rooms. It's a short walk to the beach where you can hire boats or go on turtle spotting trips, or just enjoy the lovely warm sea. For the price, this is the best value hotel and most enjoyable holiday I've had in years.

worst vacation ever. the staff is always very unfriendly, they wont help if you have any concerns. the security guard is very aggressive for no reason, he was yelling at us and following us to the room even tho we did nothing wrong. we booked all inclusive but the food is horrible and also a very small selection of food. the cleaning staff us very loud in the morning and very aggressively knock on the door and they dont clean good. the staff at the front desk are like sleeping pills and also very unfriendly. never ever again, i would rather sleep on the street. definitely not worth the money. go somewhere else, believe me.

Modern hotel, nice staff, clean rooms, but bad food. The same breakfast every day, dinner very average, very little choice for vegetarians (every day cold appetizers and pasta with tomato sauce, fries and 3 grilled vegetables are not dinner). vegetarian food poorly marked. Snacks from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. are leftovers from breakfast + chicken nuggets and hamburgers. The only vegetarian option is breakfast salad and fruit. We were in this hotel at the beginning of October 2023, the selection of fruit in the buffet was very poor (apple, banana, grapefruit and watermelon) Cocktails and drinks in the all inclusive are a total failure. Cocktails made from cheap substitutes for standard alcohol and syrups. It tastes very artificial and bad. Also cola etc is water with syrup.
